Roberto Mancini, the Italian coach who took charge of the Saudi Arabian national team. For less than 14 months has been revealed to be making a lot of money for himself football.
The former Manchester City and Italy boss is earning around £21million a year in his latest role.

According to a report from renowned journalist Nicolo Schira, Mancini will receive €20m (£16.7m) in compensation.

Mancini has won eight of his 20 games in charge, drawing seven and losing five.
His last game was a 0-0 draw with Bahrain on October 15, just five days after a 0-2 loss to Japan.
Mancini managed Saudi Arabia at last year’s 24-nation AFC Asian Cup. Where his team lost on penalties to South Korea in the last 16.
He was criticised for walking back to the dressing room before the final penalty was taken.
“I’m sorry I left early, I just thought it was over.” he later claimed.

The 59-year-old Italian took the helm of the Saudi national team in August 2023, replacing Herve Renard.
Under Mancini, the Saudis were knocked out of the Asian Cup in the last 16 earlier this year. After losing in a penalty shootout to South Korea.
